Shipping Policy

All items will be shipped with Bpost. All returns will be covered by us as set out below.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are more than happy to handle any product exchanges.

We have a few requirements that need to be met to be able to exchange a product:

  • Must have tags and in original packaging 

  • Must be unopened

  • Returned within 30 days of order confirmation

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Once we receive the product we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
